The annual OHDCC Human Capital Case Competition is led by the Organization and Human Development Consulting Club, which operates under the Organizational Psychology program at Teachers College, Columbia University. The Competition has a nearly ten year history in which students have the opportunity to practice their human capital casing skills. This event is open to current students and alumni. The event will be in the English language and conducted on Zoom.
This year’s case centers on talent management and diversity at L’Oréal. Now that we’re down to the top three teams, the Final Round will involve the teams giving short presentations to a lineup of esteemed judges, working in human capital consulting and then answering questions about their process and conclusions.
We’re especially proud to have such a diverse group of people represented on both our judge panel and finalist teams, studying in programs both within organizational psychology and outside of it and our judge panel features both NYU and Columbia alumni! For information on our finalist teams and our panel of judges, please see the flyers attached.
The top 3 teams will be awarded prizes as listed below:
1st Place: $350 worth of prizes and a 30 min. 1:1 conversation with a judge of your choosing.
2nd Place: $200 worth of prizes.
3rd Place: $100 worth of prizes.
